Violeta Sofia was raised in Spain and she now works as a freelance photographer. She received her undergraduate Media studies degree from Thames Valley University, and she studied Photography at the Architecture and Visual Arts School (UEL) in 2007. Her photography has been exhibited in solo exhibitions, such as, Top Shop in 2008, and Bar du Marche in 2008. Her work has also been included in group shows at Focus on Imaging in 2007 and The Foundry in 2009. Her photographs have appeared in publications, such as; Voici Londres magazine, Le Guide magazine, Mia magazine. Her commission work includes: Top Shop, Harvey Nichols, Joseph Joseph Designers, as well as, catwalks including K2C at the V&A in 2007 and The Clothe Show in 2009. Violeta Sofia lives and works in London and Spain.
